If you exceed the number of active projects that comes with your current plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan, allowing for more active projects. We also recommend that you make sure you are making completed projects Inactive so that they do not count against your project total.
Yes, you can add as many users as you like at $6 for regular users and $4 for time tracking only users.
