Track the week without the shoebox
This timesheet is a real Excel file with the week laid out by day. Enter the job or task and the hours, split into regular and overtime, and the totals sum at the bottom.
Fill in the employee and week-ending fields, note the job on each line, and let the total row do the adding. There is a sign-off line for the employee and the approver, so the sheet is ready to hand in and file.
