See profit, revenue, and the health of your business at a glance.

The dashboard answers one question fast. Are we making money? It shows a live profit panel, a month-by-month revenue chart, and cards for the period you pick.
- In the left navigation, click Dashboard.
- The Profit panel shows Revenue, Cost, Profit and your Profit Margin, with a month-by-month revenue chart.
- Use the period dropdown in the top right of the panel (for example This Month or Last Year) to change the range.
- Below the profit panel, cards summarize the selected period: Estimates, Invoices, Expenses, Top Project, Top Customers and Tracked Time.
What each card shows
- Estimates. Pending, approved and declined totals for the period.
- Invoices. Open, paid and past due, with a chart of the split.
- Expenses. Material, labor, subcontractor, equipment and other costs.
- Top Project and Top Customers. Where the revenue and profit came from.
- Tracked Time. Hours logged this week, with overtime and double time called out.
Each card has its own period selector, so you can compare this month on one card with last year on another.
Dashboard FAQ
Where does the profit number come from?
Revenue minus cost across your projects for the period. Cost includes expenses, bills and logged labor, so it reflects real job costs, not just invoices.
Why is my chart empty?
The chart only shows months with revenue in the selected period. Switch the period to Last Year or This Year to see more.
Who can see the dashboard?
Users with dashboard access. Time-only users land on their timesheet instead.
