Submittals

Get materials and equipment approved before you order them.

A submittal sends product data, shop drawings or samples for approval before you buy or install. Werx tracks each one by spec section with its due date, priority and the reviewer's decision, so long-lead items do not stall the job.

  1. Open the project and click the Submittals tab.
  1. Click Create Submittal. Enter the number, title, spec section, dates and priority, and describe what you are submitting for approval.
  1. Click Save & Send. When it returns, open the submittal and record the reviewer's response and status (approved, revise and resubmit, rejected).

What are the statuses?

Pending, approved, approved as noted, revise and resubmit, and rejected. Set the status when you record the response.

Can I resubmit?

Yes. Edit the submittal, attach the revised documents and send it again.
