T&M project overview
Invoiced, collected, cost and profit on one screen.

The overview for a T&M project answers two questions. How much have we billed and collected, and what has the job cost us in time and materials? The difference is your profit so far.
- Open a T&M project from Projects > T&M Projects by clicking its name.
- The Overview shows what you have invoiced and collected, the labor and material cost logged so far, and the profit on the job.
- Use the Items tab for billable items, Budget for the budget, Time for logged hours and Revenue for invoices.

Why is unbilled time shown?
Logged time that has not been put on an invoice yet is money you have not collected. The overview keeps it in view.
Where do labor costs come from?
Each person's burdened labor rate times the hours they logged. See Labor Rates.
